I’m soo sick. I haven’t been this way in a while. I can barely swallow. I went to the doctors. They told me I have strep, mono, or both… Body aches from being in bed for a few days but it’s all I can do. I weight 176 right now…:( I don’t remember the last time I’ve felt so weak and had this number. After this is gone its gonna be a new start again to build up my health… No exercise for now tho

Did 30 min. Of bleachers with my friend Erica today… We felt so BAD ASS! The cold, wind, and rain couldn’t stop us from our plans:)

// Mile time//

A few days ago we got graded on how fast we could run the mile. I tried timing myself for my fastest time less than a month ago and got around 8 min. 45. Sec. This time at school I got 7 min. 48 sec!!! I improved by so much and I still felt like it wasn’t my all time best…improvement is all I wanted… Improvement is what I got:)

My friend made me and my family a bouquet of candy…told myself I wouldn’t eat any of it… Had 3 butterfingers…FML. This better be gone when I get home from work!

Toothpaste on ma face… I heard on Tyra and from a friend that this actually helps flatten breakouts and prevent future ones on problem areas… I went a little crazy on te nose because I have bigger pores there:/ it feels good and I smell minty!:)

// GW#2 (185) reached! 3/2/12//

Woke up this morning, went to the bathroom and weighed myself before taking a shower! I skipped GW # 2 an was a whole pound below it! Fuck yea;)!! I was so damn happy! The perfect way to end a busy 3 weeks of finishing up senior/grad junk:p I feel like i need to celebrate after work today:) I can do thisss!

Almost reached GW#2! (185) once I get to 180 I will feel soo proud. That’s like a huge milestone. Illstill be really pumped when I reach this 185 tho. Not much working out on free time since I’ve been consumed with graduating stuff/homework and WORK. But I do work out in gym class at school and here and there. I finally have more hours at work! Gonna splurge this check all in myself! I needed it

Ran 3 & 1/2 miles today. I’m still at my same 1st goal weight (around 190). It frustrates me. I wanted to lose about 5 pounds a month. Totally manageable. I guess it’s not THAT bad.I mean, I didn’t gain!:) plus I’m sure I’ve lost a good amount of fat and replaced it with muscle!:) I can tell I’m getting more muscle little by little. I’m gonna try to work more veggies into my diet. I eat plenty if fruit and protein, I just lack veggies :/ wish me luck.
